• Station Closure Upcoming

  On the weekend of October 19-20, Malden Center Commuter Rail station will be closed to allow for platform resurfacing work. Passengers may board the Orange Line for service to North Station or Oak Grove.
• Shuttle Upcoming

  Orange Line: Shuttle Buses will replace service between Forest Hills and Back Bay/Copley on Oct 8 - 11 & 15 - 20. On Oct 12 -14 the work will extend to North Station. Riders can use the Green Line between Copley and North Station.
  

  Please see station personnel for assistance. Riders can use Commuter Rail service between Forest Hills, Ruggles, Back Bay, and South Station as an alternative.

  Orange Line: Shuttle buses replace service between Oak Grove and Ruggles the weekend of Oct 26 - 27 and from Oak Grove to North Station from Oct 28 - Nov 1. This is to allow for track work and station upgrades. MBTA.com/orangeline
  Riders north of downtown are encouraged to consider the Haverhill Commuter Rail Line for fare-free service to and from Oak Grove, Malden Center, and North Station. Regular fares should be purchased beyond Oak Grove.
  Riders south of downtown are encouraged to use Commuter Rail for fare-free service between Forest Hills, Ruggles, Back Bay, and South Station. Regular fares should be purchased beyond Forest Hills.

  Orange Line: Delays of about 15 minutes due to an ongoing switch problem at Oak Grove.
• Elevator Closure Ongoing

  Oak Grove Elevator 800 (Busway, Commuter Rail, parking lot to lobby) unavailable due to maintenance
  To exit, upon exiting the faregates, turn left and proceed to Oak Grove Elevator 745 to access the busway and parking lot. To board, proceed to the station entrance located near the busway and use Oak Grove Elevator 745 to access the lobby. Alternatively, customers may utilize Oak Grove Elevator 744 (Lobby to Washington St.) located at the entrance on Washington St.
