Test MBTA Go
We’re looking for riders to test MBTA Go, our real-time transit app. You'll need an iPhone with iOS 17+ to participate.
How to Access the App
If you already have TestFlight on your phone, you can skip to step 3.
1. Download TestFlight
2. Open TestFlight
If this is your first time using TestFlight, you'll need to accept the terms & conditions.
3. Download MBTA Go through TestFlight
On this TestFlight page, select the button under Step 2 to access MBTA Go through TestFlight. Then select MBTA Go to download the app.
About MBTA Go
We're building MBTA Go, a mobile app to provide riders with reliable, real-time information about MBTA service. This app is in "beta" and not available on the App Store or Google Play.
Share Your Feedback
In addition to testing the app, you can share your experience with us. Your feedback helps us resolve issues, make improvements, and prioritize what we work on next.
- While using the MBTA app, take a screenshot.
- Select on the preview of the screenshot on your phone
- Select “Done”.
- Select “Share Beta Feedback”.
- Fill out the text field and submit.
- Open TestFlight.
- Select the MBTA app.
- Under “What to Test,” select “Send Beta Feedback”.
- Fill out the text field and submit.

Sign Up for Android Testing
Currently, MBTA Go is only available for testing on iPhones. We’re working on an Android version now.
