  On Tuesday, December 31st, Haverhill Line Train 225 (11:40 pm from North Station) will be held at North Station until 1:00 am to accommodate those attending New Year's Eve festivities in Boston.

• Station Closure Ongoing

  Commuter Rail train service is suspended at Haverhill station through Summer 2025 to allow for work on the South Elm Street Bridge. An accessible van operates between Haverhill and Bradford.
  Built in 1906, the South Elm Bridge is beyond its useful life and ready to be replaced. Using accelerated bridge construction techniques to reduce customer and traffic impacts, the MBTA will replace the nearly-120-year-old bridge with a modern single-span structure with a useful life of 75 years. The new structure will include a ballasted steel deck, which means a smoother ride for passengers. The MBTA will also perform roadway, sidewalk, and drainage improvements along South Elm Street.

  Haverhill Line Train 1202 (8:33 am from Bradford) is operating 5-15 minutes behind schedule between Wyoming Hill and North Station due to a speed restriction in effect at a crossing in the Oak Grove area.

  Haverhill Line passengers can expect significant delays in both directions between Greenwood and Malden Center due multiple crossing gate issues. We are currently working on resolving the issue. Individual alerts will be issued as needed.

  The Oak Grove Station Parking Lot will have reduced parking from Tuesday, Nov 12, through Monday, Mar 31, 2025, due to construction. Alternative parking is available at Wellington and/or Station Landing Garage (levels 6-8).

  Oak Grove Elevator 800 (Busway, Commuter Rail, parking lot to lobby) unavailable due to maintenance
  To exit, upon exiting the faregates, turn left and proceed to Oak Grove Elevator 745 to access the busway and parking lot. To board, proceed to the station entrance located near the busway and use Oak Grove Elevator 745 to access the lobby. Alternatively, customers may utilize Oak Grove Elevator 744 (Lobby to Washington St.) located at the entrance on Washington St.
