As the MBTA continues efforts to build a fully accessible system, our stations and stops are changing. The Mobility Center is here for all riders as they navigate new and old systems along the T.

Created from a collaboration between MBTA’s Office of Transportation Access, The RIDE, and the Department of System-Wide Accessibility (SWA), the Mobility Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM  and ready to assist riders. The Center provides a number of services such as:

  • Group or one-on-one travel training
  • Planning accessible trips on a fixed route or paratransit service
  • Scheduling a RIDE eligibility appointment
  • Helping you use your smart phone or computer to check on elevator outages and request a rideshare through Lyft or Uber
  • Connecting you to additional community transportation options
