- A diversion schedule will be in effect.
-There will be a local bus making all stops between North Station and Reading.
- Buses will also provide service between Reading and Anderson/Woburn to connect with Haverhill Line or Lowell Line trains.
- While shuttle buses are running between Reading and North Station, passengers between Reading and Malden Center may also consider MBTA Bus #137, which will be fare-free during this outage, as an alternative option.
- There will be no bus or train service at North Wilmington Station. Passengers will be advised to consider a connection with the Lowell Line at Wilmington station (1.9 miles of distance).
- This allows for work in support of MassDOT’s Maffa Way/Mystic Avenue Bridge Superstructure Replacement project.
Here is a list of the shuttle bus locations:North Station:Nashua Street, at the Western side of North Station. If you are traveling to Malden Center or Oak Grove, there is also an Orange Line shuttle bus available on Haverhill Street off of Causeway.
Malden Center:At the busway between the station and Commercial Street.
Oak Grove:At the busway between the station and Banks Place.
Wyoming Hill:Main Street by Wyoming Avenue, East of the station.
Melrose Cedar Park:On Tremont Street, East of the station.
Melrose Highlands:On Franklin Street, just South of the station.
Greenwood:On Main Street, just East of the station.
Wakefield:On North Avenue, just East of the station.
Reading:At the South-side parking lot, opposite High Street.
Anderson/Woburn:At the busway just North of the station building.
