Building a Better T
As part of our $9.6 billion, 5-year capital investment plan, we're renovating stations, modernizing fare collection systems, upgrading services for our buses, subways, and ferries, and improving the accessibility of the entire system.
Service Impacts
Trains will no longer stop at Winchester Center Station. Riders should consider Wedgemere as an alternative.
Construction advisories will be distributed ahead of any significant work taking place. Neighbors can expect increased noise and periods of vibration from heavy equipment and machinery during the demolition work.
