As part of our $9.6 billion, 5-year capital investment plan, we're renovating stations, modernizing fare collection systems, upgrading services for our buses, subways, and ferries, and improving the accessibility of the entire system.
GLT projects will improve safety, reliability, and access for Green Line riders and the surrounding communities.
Last week, work continued on the following projects:
- Green Line Train Protection System – Design Development Phase
- D Branch Station Accessibility Improvements – Design Development Phase
- Newton Highlands Station Accessibility Improvements – Design Development Phase
- Symphony Station Accessibility Improvements – Utility relocation work underway
