Public Meeting | Reading Turnback Track Project (In-Person)
Meeting Info
Attendees: Open to everyone
Event Description
The MBTA is hosting a public meeting about the Reading Turnback Track project.
This project proposes to build a turn track alongside the existing Commuter Rail Haverhill Line north of Reading station. The new track will allow the MBTA to increase weekday Commuter Rail frequency into and out of Boston on the Haverhill Line to 30-minute intervals all day.
At this meeting, we'll provide an update on the project's progress, outline its benefits, and answer questions.
