Event Description
The MBTA is partnering with the Mandela Residents Cooperative Association to host a focus group on the new Charlie fare collection system coming in 2020. We’ll be discussing the features of the new system while also learning about the problems in the current system. The MBTA is hoping to learn more about how people interact with the fare collection system, so that the one we’re building works for everyone.
