Event Description
The MBTA is working to identify policy issues around our new automated fare collection system, and will be holding conversations with users of the system to gather input on the identified issues.
The purpose of the Policy Development Working Group will be to help:
- Identify user communities or organizations for future engagement
- Brainstorm solutions to identified policy issues
- React to MBTA proposed policies
This group will also aid in exploring how specific policy decisions may impact different users within the system.
This will be the first meeting of the AFC 2.0 Policy Development Working Group.
