Meeting Info
Beech Street Center
Attendees: Project Planners
Event Description
The MBTA will be presenting the Key Bus Route Improvement Program, in coordination with the Belmont Street/Trapelo Road Reconstruction Project, at a community meeting, to gather feedback on how to improve Bus Route 73, focusing on Belmont and Watertown. The Belmont Street/Trapelo Road Reconstruction Project will design and construct the bus stop recommendations derived from this meeting. Recommendations for bus stop consolidation and additional customer amenities have been developed as part of both projects, in consultation with the MBTA, MassDOT and the Towns of Belmont and Watertown. Bus stops may be relocated and/or eliminated. We want your feedback on these proposed improvements. This initiative is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
If you have a disability or need an accommodation to fully participate in the meeting, American Sign Language interpreters, assistive listening devices, handouts in alternate formats, etc., will be provided upon request. Please contact Regan Checchio, Regina Villa Associates, at (617) 357-5772 or at rchecchio@reginavilla.com at least one week before the meeting.
