Green Line Service Changes

Through the end of this year, we’ll be performing maintenance and planned work on the Green Line to bring you faster, more reliable subway service. Some of this work is part of our Capital Acceleration Plan, which expedites previously planned work so we can bring you a better MBTA experience, faster.

Green Line B and C Service Changes

As part of the Capital Acceleration Plan, previously planned Green Line work on the B and C branches has been expedited to bring you a safer, more reliable MBTA experience.

Service shutdowns on the B Line and C Line will help us complete this work 5 months earlier than planned.

Green Line D Service Changes

Due to 2 major infrastructure projects on the D Line, shuttles will replace train service on some weeknights and weekends through 2020. Work includes Track and Signal Replacement between Beaconsfield and Riverside and flood control work at Fenway Portal.
