Use the following resources to plan a fully accessible trip on the MBTA.
The MBTA system includes more than 8,000 bus stops located on municipal streets and sidewalks. We do our best to make sure that every stop is clear and accessible, but snow, ice and other circumstances may obstruct them.
If your stop is obstructed, please notify the owner.
MBTA-Owned Bus Stops
Please contact MBTA Customer Support if you notice that any of the stops listed in the documents below are obstructed.
Municipality/Property Owner Stops
For all other bus stops, please contact the municipality it’s located in.
