PUBLIC NOTICE MBTA Green Line Extension Project DBE Goal

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) has established a proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 14% for the Green Line Extension CM/GC Project. This goal is in accordance with the regulations of U.S. DOT 49 CFR Part 26. A description of the goal and the process for establishing the goal are available for inspection during regular business hours, for 30 days following the date of this notice at the MassDOT Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR), 10 Park Plaza, Room 3800, Boston, MA 02116.

MassDOT and the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) will accept comments on the goal for 45 days from the date of this notice. Comments for MassDOT should be sent to MassDOT’s Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR). Comments to be submitted to the USDOT should be sent to the Civil Rights Officer, U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, 55 Broadway, Suite 920, Cambridge, MA 02142-1093.
