Event Description
Two important construction projects are happening that will help improve safety and service.
The MBTA will install Positive Train Control (PTC) systems that have been federally mandated. PTC is designed to improve safety by reducing train collisions and derailments.
During this time, the MBTA will also replace the Beverly Drawbridge.
