If you need a copy of an MBTA Transit Police Department report, you may send your request in writing or pick up the report in person. A search and service fee of $5.00, payable by check or money order, made out to the “MBTA Transit Police Department” must accompany your request. You may mail your request and fee to:

To receive a report in person, our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
All payments must be made by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted.
