Busway or Excluded Way Violations
All MBTA Busways are considered Excluded Ways restricted for buses and authorized vehicles. All non-authorized vehicles will use the designated drop off and pick up area. According to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 90 Section 16, any person operating an unauthorized motor vehicle in an Excluded Way is subjected to a Massachusetts Uniform Citation and a fifty dollar fine.
