Monthly Invoice

The monthly invoice is MBTA’s worry-free parking payment feature for customers who have opted not to pay in advance in surface parking lots. If you are not a regular commuter or would prefer not to sign up for MBTA’s mobile payment provider, a monthly invoice statement is generated and mailed to the vehicle’s registered owner based on the total number of parking session. In addition to the station’s parking fee, a $.50 surcharge is applied to each parking session. Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice statement date to pay or dispute each month’s invoice without incurring additional fees and penalties. See payment and dispute options below.

Invoice Payment Procedure:

Late Payment: Failure to pay the full amount due within 30 days of the date of this invoice will result in a fine of $10 for each unpaid violation. See the MBTA website for a copy of the MBTA Parking Rules and Regulations.
