There are many convenient ways to buy a T-Pass. Visit the CharlieCard Store in Downtown Crossing Station, load a T-Pass on a CharlieCard or CharlieTicket at over 500 in-station fare vending machines or retail sales locations, or buy T-Passes online.

With the Corporate Pass Program and CharlieCard, everything is fast and easy, from online employer account management and pass ordering to automatic electronic pass value loading on your employees' CharlieCards. Employees get one CharlieCard to use month after month, year after year. We also offer CharlieTickets for your convenience.

Student CharlieCards are for students in Middle or High School only and must be issued by a participating school. All Student CharlieCards expire on August 31st each year and are reissued by schools for the following year.
Participating schools may opt to issue eligible students the ‘CharlieCard 7 Day Student Pass (M7)’, which are pre-loaded with a pass valid for unlimited travel on Bus, Subway, Express Bus, and Commuter Rail Zones 1A, 1, and 2, from September 1 to June 30. During the summer, M7s will function as S-Cards.
In addition, schools may opt to issue students the ‘Student Stored Value CharlieCard (S-Card)’. Student Stored Value CharlieCards (S-Card) allow students to travel on Local Bus, Subway, Express Bus, and Commuter Rail at a ‘Pay As You Go’ 50% reduced rate. In addition, Students may purchase a Student Pass at any MBTA Fare Vending Machine at a reduced rate. S-Card Passes are valid on subway, local bus, and Express Bus, but NOT commuter rail.
Student S-Cards can ONLY be loaded with Stored Value and/or a monthly pass at a Fare Vending Machine or Retail Sales Terminal. All Student CharlieCards are assigned and managed through your school. Please direct all questions and concerns regarding lost, stolen, and/or replacements of Student CharlieCards to your school administrator.
We offer advance purchase options and planning for groups of 10 or more people traveling together through the Visitor/Group program. Planning is fast and easy, let us help you make the most out of your trip.
This program requires advanced purchase of at least 2-3 business days before your event/trip. Advance tickets and passes are not refundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen. Tickets and passes may be exchanged within 6 months of original issue due cancelations resulting from inclement weather.

The Field Trip program is designed for Massachusetts Schools with 10 or more students traveling with a chaperone/chaperones to a school sponsored event. This program allows the advance purchase of tickets and or passes and ensures your route has additional resources to make your journey easy.
This program requires advanced purchase of at least 10 business days before your event/trip. Advance tickets and passes are not refundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen. Tickets and passes may be exchanged within 6 months of original issue due cancelations resulting from inclement weather.
