Buses to replace Riverside branch Green Line trolleys to allow for tree removal work

BOSTON – As part of ongoing preparations for the winter season, crews will perform tree removal work along a section of the Green Line’s Riverside branch on select days this month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During these time periods, buses will replace Green Line trolley service between Newton Highlands and Reservoir Stations in both directions on the following dates:
- Tuesday, December 6, 2016
- Wednesday, December 7, 2016
- Thursday, December 8, 2016
- Monday, December 12, 2016
- Tuesday, December 13, 2016
- Wednesday, December 14, 2016
- Thursday, December 15, 2016
All shuttle bus stops are accessible for persons with disabilities.
