Talk To The T Campaign Continues

Over the past 18 months with visits to 23 subway, bus, and commuter rail stations throughout the system, MBTA staff have interacted with customers, listening to their concerns and recommendations on how to improve service.   From service and employee-related comments to station and vehicle cleanliness, customer feedback has enabled T staff to make adjustments to service, address station maintenance, and improve the overall customer experience on the system.

Pleased with the receptive response from customers, the MBTA will continue with Talk to the T sessions providing customers with the opportunity to connect with staff.  T staff will assemble bi-monthly at core T stations to promote visibility, transparency and accountability of the day to day operations of the T.
