Transit Commitment Status Report

Pursuant to the Executive Office of Transportation and Public Works (EOTPW) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Administrative Consent Order regarding Mass Transit Commitments, the EOTPW filed the Download the Transit Commitments Status Report dated March 31, 2009, required as a condition of Administrative Consent Order Amendment #2, January 26, 2005.

The report provides a description and status of all projects listed in the administrative consent order and related amendments, and includes an addendum/attachment (available upon request by emailing abrennan@mbta.com) containing all Massachusetts Highway Department contracts advertised since 3/15/05. These contracts require retrofits to the diesel construction equipment. For all Mass Highway Department contracts, the contractor signed a certification to abide by new retrofit specifications.
