Open data is about more than telling customers what is happening on the T, it is also about letting customers report concerns back to us. With this goal in mind, we encourage you to use Commuter Connect, a tool that will enable developers to build the functionality of the MBTA’s customer comment form into their apps.
How It Works
We have built a simple web service that enables 3rd party applications to submit comments to our customer care department.
Cool! How can I get access?
To use the service you need a key. To request a key please submit your name and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have a key you will be able to test your application against our staging site. Once you have successfully submitted to our staging site, we will give you a key to the production system.
